摘 要:造纸领域节能降耗减排,是当前低碳环保以及我国实现绿色可持续发展的重要推动力。造纸工艺中的主要高能耗环节集中在纸机干燥部,该生产环节所消耗的能量可占制浆造纸企业总生产能耗的一半以上。基于模糊免疫PID算法,对纸机干燥部内部烘缸进出口差压与气罩零位等模型进行构建,分析了该流程过程变量,实现了纸机干燥部控制系统的设计。Energy conservation,consumption reduction and emission reduction in the field of papermaking is an important driving force for low carbon environmental protection and the realization of green and sustainable development in China.The main part of high energy consumption in papermaking process is concentrated in the dryer section of paper machine.The energy consumed in this production link can account for more than half of the total production energy consumption of pulp and paper enterprises.Based on the fuzzy immune PID algorithm,the model of the differential pressure between the inlet and outlet of the drying cylinder and the zero position of the air hood in the drying section of the pulp and paper industry were constructed,the process variables of the process was analyzed,and the design of the control system of the drying section of the paper machine was realized.
