摘 要:为了减少海洋钻井隔水管系统的疲劳损伤、降低海洋钻采风险、提高天然气水合物钻采效率,以天然气水合物钻采船隔水管系统为研究对象,分析了隔水管的固有频率以及力学特性;通过计算隔水管系统在海洋钻井作业中的固有频率,进而分析了影响隔水管固有频率的敏感因素,研究结果表明:①隔水管截面尺寸和顶张力对固有频率的影响较大,而隔水管内部液体密度对固有频率的影响相对较小;②通过隔水管的力学模型来研究隔水管的力学特性,推导出隔水管的振动微分方程以及边界条件,求解计算后得出200 m长隔水管的动力响应,隔水管的最大横向位移发生位置为水下132 m;③影响隔水管动力响应的敏感因素包括顶张力、隔水管壁厚、波浪振动周期波高等因素的动力响应变化以及同一水深处的隔水管横向振动变化。结论认为,在进行天然气水合物钻采船隔水管系统配置的研究与分析时,需要采用相对较大截面尺寸和顶张力,同时还应根据实际的海洋工况(包括波浪振动周期以及波高等因素)来进行分析。In order to reduce the fatigue damage of marine drilling riser,alleviate the risks of offshore drilling and produc⁃tion,and improve the drilling and production efficiency for gas hydrate,the riser in drilling and production vessels for gas hydrate was taken as an objective to deeply analyze inherent frequency and mechanical behavior.Firstly,some factors sen⁃sitive to the inherent frequency during offshore drilling were analyzed after calculating this frequency.It is indicated that the frequency is influenced more by section size and top tension,but less by density of some liquid inside the riser.And then,riser's mechanical behavior was investigated by means of a mechanical model,and its vibration differential equation and boundary conditions were derived.Results show that for the riser,the dynamic response is 200 m long,and its maxi⁃mum lateral displacement occurs at the water depth of 132 m.Finally,the sensitivity factors influencing on riser's dynamic response were analyzed,including dynamic response change of top tension,riser wall thickness,wave vibration period,wave height,and lateral vibration change of riser at the same water depth.In conclusion,when implementing one study on the riser configuration,it is necessary to adopt larger section size and top tension while considering actual offshore working conditions,including wave vibration period and wave height.
