摘　　要：为了建立健全综合全面的信息服务商考核评价体系,满足数字化气田建设新要求,采用全生命周期和KPI相关理论方法,以信息化项目建设及运行维护为主线,建立了信息化服务商考核评价体系,设置了相应的评价指标。通过不同时期、不同维度的对比,对服务商能力薄弱环节进行分析,为服务商优选提供了有力支撑,为服务商能力提升提供了改进思路。研究结论表明:①信息服务商考核评价体系应包括管理能力评价、运行绩效评价、客户服务能力评价;②评价指标包括管理规范化、进度控制能力、成本管理能力、质量控制能力等指标;③通过对体系的建立和评价指标的梳理,能科学指导公司进行信息服务商选择、管理、监督工作,提升公司信息服务商管理水平。In order to perfect the comprehensive evaluation system for information service providers and meet new con⁃struction requirements of digitalized gasfields,an new evaluation system with construction and operation maintenance of in⁃formation projects as the main line was established for information service providers by means of full life cycle and KPI re⁃lated theoretical methods.And some corresponding evaluation indexes were set.In addition,several weak links of provid⁃ers'ability were analyzed based on comparison of different periods and dimension,so as to provide not only powerful sup⁃port for selecting service providers but also improvement idea for upgrading providers'ability.Results show that(1)this system shall evaluate management ability,operation performance,and customer service ability;(2)the evaluation indexes include management standardization,process control ability,cost control ability,and quality control ability;and(3)to estab⁃lish this system and to review these indexes can provide scientific guidance for companies to select,manage,and supervise those information service provides,further to improve companies'management level.
