摘  要:对1580线粗轧机主传动万向轴十字节叉头断裂原因进行了分析,提出了降低扭振及优化万向接轴设计的两项整改措施。介绍了构成扭振放大系数的五个因素及如何降低扭振放大系数。采用有限元分析的方法对重新设计的万向节进行强度校核。Make an analysis on the fracture reason of the universal coupling joint fork head of main drive in 1580 line roughing mill.Two improving measures are put forward to reduce torsional vi-bration and optimize the design of the universal coupling.Five factors constituted the torsional vibration amplification coefficient and how to reduce the torsional vibration amplification coefficient are intro-duced.The strength of the redesigned universal joint is checked by adopting finite element analysis.
