摘  要:目的探索不同的术区毛发修短方式对口周激光脱毛疗效和并发症的影响。方法回顾分析100例口周多毛症患者,根据不同的术区毛发修短方式分为两组:A组为剃毛组(n=50),B组为剪毛组(n=50)。患者共接受6~10次激光脱毛治疗。观察患者在接受治疗过程中的毛发生长程度。记录不良反应发生情况。末次治疗后6个月进行脱毛疗效评分。结果A、B两组脱毛疗效评分无明显统计学差异(P>0.05),在治疗后6个月仍有明显的毛发减少。A组并发症(表皮擦伤、持续性红斑、反常性多毛)发生率为8%,显著高于B组(4%,P<0.05)。结论剃毛和剪毛两种备皮方式对激光脱毛疗效的影响无显著差异,但剃毛方式存在较高的并发症发生率。Objective To explore the effect of different hair shortening method on perioral laser hair removal and its complications.Methods A total of 100 patients with perioral hypertrichosis were retrospectively analyzed and divided into two groups according to different method of hair shortening in surgical areas:group A was the shaving group(n=50),and group B was the shearing group(n=50).All the patients received 6-10 times of laser treatments.The degree of hair growth during treatment was observed.The occurrence of adverse reactions was recorded.The depilation efficacy was evaluated 6 months after the last treatment.Results There was no significant difference between group A and B on efficacy of laser hair removal(P>0.05).Obvious hair reduction effects maintained 6 months after last treatment.The incidence of complication in group A(skin bruising,persistent erythema,paradoxical hirsutism)was 8%,significantly higher than that in group B(4%,P<0.05).Conclusion There was no significant difference in the effect of shaving and shearing on the efficacy of laser hair removal,but there is a higher complication rate of shaving.
