摘　　要：社会主义先进文化深度融合了中华优秀传统文化、革命文化的精神力量,是高校廉政文化建设的核心内容。加强从社会主义先进文化中挖掘廉政文化资源,从而更好地引领高校廉政文化建设。探索多层次复合结构的高校廉政文化建设的动力机制、廉政需要的主体能动机制、廉洁价值的目标导向机制、廉政联动的工作保障机制、廉政宣传的创新驱动机制。坚持以创新为内生动力,充分激活各种动力机制。Advanced socialist culture deeply integrates the spiritual power of excellent traditional Chinese culture and revolutionary culture,which is the core content of the construction of clean government culture in colleges and universities.We should explore the resources of clean government culture from the advanced socialist culture,so as to better lead the construction of clean government culture in colleges and universities.This paper explores the motivation mechanism for the construction of a multi-level and compound structure of clean government culture in colleges and universities:the active mechanism of the subject,the goal-oriented mechanism of the value of clean government,the work guarantee mechanism of the linkage of clean government,and the innovation-driven mechanism of clean government publicity.We will continue to take innovation as the internal driving force and fully activate various driving mechanisms.
