摘 要:为了验证地铁车辆段新型隔振支座的设计方法及性能,基于已研发的新型隔振支座开展了试验和数值模拟方面的研究工作。首先推导了该新型隔振支座的刚度计算公式并使用试验和数值模拟结果验证了该公式的正确性,同时提出了考虑抗震安全性的结构隔振设计方法;然后以某地铁车辆段实际工程为背景,对该新型隔振支座的隔震性能进行了评价。结果表明:与非隔振结构相比,隔振结构各楼层的层间剪力、加速度峰值和层间位移角均有明显降低,在多遇和罕遇地震作用下的层间位移角均小于规范限值,具有较大的安全储备;在罕遇地震作用下,隔振支座自身不会发生破坏。In order to verify the design method and performance of a new isolation bearing for a metro depot, the experiment and numerical simulation were carried out based on the developed new isolation bearing. Firstly, the stiffness calculation formula of the new isolation bearing was deduced and the experimental and numerical simulation results were used to verify the correctness of the formula. At the same time, the structural vibration isolation design method considering the seismic safety was proposed. Then, based on the actual project of a metro depot, the isolation performance of the new isolation bearing was evaluated. The results show that the interlayer shear force, peak acceleration, and inter-story drift angle of each floor of the vibration isolation structure are significantly lower than those of the non-isolation structure. The displacement angles under frequent earthquakes and rare occurrence earthquakes are all lower than the specified limit values, and they have large safety reserves. The isolation bearing itself will not be damaged under rare occurrence earthquakes.
