基于文献、理论、临床多方证据的中医药防治口腔疾病的优势探讨

摘　　要：中西医结合口腔是未来口腔医学发展的方向,发挥中医药在口腔领域的优势与作用对未来口腔学发展具有重要作用。文中基于文献、中医学理论、中医口腔临床多维度论述中医药防治口腔疾病的应用效果、应用领域及存在的问题,发现中医药在防治口腔黏膜病、牙周病、牙体牙髓病、龋病、口腔颌面部肿瘤、涎腺疾病、颌面部炎症、三叉神经痛等疾病中具有疗效好、副作用小、经济实惠等优势,国家和政府应加大对中医口腔领域的投入力度,指导综合医院口腔科开展中医药服务,加强中医口腔人才的培养,大力推广中医口腔适宜技术,通过中西医结合的手段,提高我国居民口腔健康水平。The combination of traditional Chinese and westerns Oral science is the future direction of development,which play an important role on the future development of stomatology by bringing the advantages and functions of traditional Chinese medicine in the oral field.The purpose of this study is to discuss application effect,application sand and existing problems multi-dimensional about the Chinese medicine prevention and treatment of oral mucosal disease by basing on literature,Chinese medicine theory,Chinese medicine oral clinical.The study found that Chinese medicineprevention and treatment of oral disease among periodontal disease,dental myelin disease,rickets,oral jaw facial tumors,salivary gland disease,jaw facial inflammation,trigeminal nerve pain and other diseaseshave good efficacy,small side effects,economic benefits.The government should increase investment in the field of oral medicine,guide the dental department of the general hospital to carry out Chinese medicine services,strengthen the training of Chinese medicine oral talents,andvigorously promote the chinese medicine oral suitable technology,improve the oral health of our residents through integrative medicine.
