摘 要:根据船舶消防系统发展需要,研究了船舶消防疏水一体化泵组技术。基于一体化泵组原理,提出了螺旋流恒压泵兼作消防泵和应急疏水泵技术方案,设计并试制了螺旋流恒压泵等比样机,该机的叶轮正反两面装有平衡式叶片。对等比样机进行了性能测试,结果表明,该机可以达到螺旋流恒压泵式消防泵指标。叶轮结构改进后效率提高10%以上,振动噪声明显降低,新的一体化泵组实现了高扬程、小流量的功能。According to the needs of the development of marine fire fighting system,the integrated pump group technology of marine fire fighting and drainage was studied.Based on the principle of integrated pump group,the technical scheme of spiral flow constant pressure pump used as fire pump and emergency drainage pump was put forward.An equal scale prototype of spiral flow constant pressure pump was designed and manufactured.The positive and negative sides of the impeller were equipped with balanced blades.The performance test of the same ratio prototype shows that the machine can meet the requirements of spiral flow constant pressure pump fire pump.After the improvement of impeller structure,the efficiency was increased by more than 10%,and the vibration and noise were obviously reduced.The new integrated pump group realizes the function of high head and small flow.
