摘  要:高校思想政治工作必须贯穿教育的全过程。从“课程思政”的内涵界定出发,概括高校引入“课程思政”教学的重要性,并以《组织行为学》课程为具体的研究对象,指出目前“课程思政”推进过程中存在的问题,提出《组织行为学》课程思政的推进路径,加强对“课程思政”的理念认识,加强顶层设计,将课程思政落实到人才培养方案、授课计划、质量评价之中,加强课程思政的教学设计与教学资源开发建设,加强专业教师队伍建设。It is known that the ideological and political work in universities has to cover the whole process of education.Starting from the definition of the connotation of“curriculum ideological and political”,the paper proposes the paths to promote“courses for ideological and political education”in the course of Organization Behavior after pointing out the problems during the process on the basis of a summary of the importance of introducing the educational concept into university education to strengthen the understanding of the concept,the top-level design on integrating the concept into talent cultivation programs,teaching plans and quality assessment,the talent training plan,teaching plan,and quality evaluation,the teaching design and resource development and construction and the construction of a team of professional teachers.
