摘 要:通过等效摩擦系数的推导得到了变摩擦摆隔震支座(VFPS)的滞回性能,进而从理论上证明了VFPS具备自适应性。以理论结果为依据,采用PET高性能材料与精密加工工艺成功研制出了这一新型变摩擦摆隔震支座,并对其开展了系统的试验研究。通过二次曲线拟合得到了VFPS每一位移处的水平刚度,并结合试验得到的滞回曲线给出了支座自适应性评估指标β,且宜以β≥0.2作为评估标准。采用参数识别得到了各工况下PET的摩擦系数,其值受接触面粗糙度、加载速度及竖向荷载的影响,且PET宜在面压40MPa时使用,VFPS测试更宜采用三角波加载。以上理论与试验结果表明,VFPS在一定的加载条件下表现出明显的自适应性,其随竖向荷载及加载速度的增加而更加明显,因而VFPS适宜应对不同水准地震作用的考验。The hysteretic behavior of the variable friction pendulum system(VFPS)is obtained by deriving the equivalent friction coefficient,and the self-adaptability of VFPS is proved theoretically.Based on the theoretical results,this new type of isolator is successfully developed using PET high-performance materials and precision machining technology,and systematic experimental investigation is carried out.The horizontal stiffness of each point of VFPS is obtained by quadratic curve fitting,and the hysteresis curve obtained by the experiment gives the supportability evaluation indexβof isolator self-adaptability,andβ≥0.2 is suitable as the criterion.The friction coefficient of PET under various loading conditions is obtained by parameter identification,and the value is affected by the contact surface roughness,loading speed and vertical load.PET is suitable for using at the pressure of 40 MPa,and the triangular waveform loading is more suitable for VFPS test.The above theoretical and experimental results show that VFPS exhibits obvious self-adaptability under certain loading condition,which is more obvious with the increase of vertical load and loading speed.Therefore,VFPS is suitable for the test of earthquake action at different levels.
