摘 要:将改性淀粉、纳米纤维素及蒸馏水按不同质量比均匀混合、分散,配制成改性淀粉浆液和纳米纤维素/改性淀粉混合浆液,并用于生物基聚己二酸戊二胺(PA 56)纤维上浆,研究了纳米纤维素对浆液黏度的影响以及纳米纤维素/改性淀粉混合浆液对PA 56纤维力学性能和毛羽指数的影响。结果表明:在浆液浓度不变的情况下,以纳米纤维素替代部分改性淀粉,混合浆液的黏度相比纯改性淀粉浆液的减小,浆液黏度主要来自改性淀粉,纳米纤维素对浆液黏度的贡献很小;经改性淀粉浆液和纳米纤维素/改性淀粉混合浆液上浆后,PA 56纤维的断裂强度都增加,4 mm毛羽指数都降低;经纳米纤维素和改性淀粉总质量分数为18.2%的混合浆液上浆后,PA 56纤维的断裂强度和断裂伸长率最高;混合浆液中纳米纤维素和改性淀粉总含量越高,PA 56纤维上浆后的4 mm毛羽降低率也越高;以纳米纤维素替代部分改性淀粉,可有效提高混合浆液的渗透力和成膜性能。Modified starch size and nano-cellulose/modified starch size mixture were prepared by uniformly mixing and dispersing modified starch and nano-cellulose in distilled water at different mass ratios and were used for sizing bio-based poly(adipic acid-1,5-diaminopentane)(PA 56) fiber. The effects of nano-cellulose on the size viscosity and nano-cellulose/modified starch size mixture on the mechanical properties and hairiness index of PA 56 fiber were studied. The results showed that the viscosity of the size mixture was lower than that of the pure modified starch size under the same size concentration, and the size viscosity mainly depended on the modified starch, while nano-cellulose provided the slight contribution to the size viscosity;the breaking strength of PA 56 fiber increased and the 4 mm hairiness index decreased after sizing with modified starch size and nano-cellulose/modified starch size mixture;the breaking strength and elongation at break of PA 56 fiber were maximized after sizing with 18.2% nano-cellulose/modified starch size mixture by mass fraction;the higher the total content of nano-cellulose and modified starch in the size mixture, the higher the 4 mm hairiness reduction rate of PA 56 fiber after sizing;and the permeability and film-forming performance of the size mixture can be effectively improved by partially replacing modified starch with nano-cellulose.
