摘　　要：为深化我国医药体制改革,促进医学的发展,必须培养高素质临床人才。该文通过分析国内外专科医师培训现状和国内临床专业博士培养的特点,探讨适合我国国情的临床专业学位博士培养与专科医师培训衔接的模式。In order to deepen the reform of China's medical system,promote the development of medicine and train high-quality clinical talents,this paper explores the mode of linking doctor training of clinical specialty with doctor training of specialist,based on the analysis of the current situation of specialist training at home and abroad and the characteristics of doctor training of clinical specialty in China.
