摘　　要：血小板反应蛋白2(THBS2)属于THBS蛋白家族,由基质成纤维细胞、内皮细胞及免疫细胞分泌。THBS2主要参与调节细胞迁移和肿瘤血管生成过程,从而发挥多种生物学效应。目前研究发现,THBS2在胃癌、肺癌、宫颈癌、结直肠癌、胰腺癌等肿瘤中发挥重要作用。Thrombospondin2(THBS2)belongs to the THBS protein family,which is secreted by stromal fibroblasts,endothelial cells and immune cells.THBS2 is mainly involved in regulating cell migration and tumor angiogenesis,thus exerting a variety of biological effects.Current studies have found that THBS2 plays an important role in cancers such as gastric cancer,lung cancer,cervical cancer,colorectal cancer and pancreatic cancer.
