摘 要:为满足飞机折叠翼机构大传动比、大功率、高稳定性的要求,设计出一种功率分流式折叠传动机构减速器,并完成该减速器的动力学仿真分析。结合工作原理、应用要求、实际工况设计出相应的行星轮系减速器;根据设计参数应用SolidWorks软件对行星轮系减速器建模;将模型导入到ADAMS软件中进行动力学仿真;将仿真结果与设计结果进行对比分析,判定减速器的可行性。结果表明,设计的飞机折叠翼机构减速器在误差允许的范围内能很好地满足设计要求,并能实现结构的轻量化与紧凑化。In order to meet the requirements of large transmission ratio,high power and high stability of the folding wing mechanism,from the actual production conditions and installation conditions,a power split folding transmission mechanism reducer was designed,and the dynamic simulation analysis of the reducer was completed.The corresponding planetary gear reducer was designed based on the working principle,application requirements,and actual working conditions.The software SolidWorks was used to construct model of planetary gear reducer according to the design parameters.The model was imported into the software ADAMS for dynamic simulation.The simulation results were compared with the design results to determine the feasibility of the reducer.The results show that the reducer designed for the aircraft folding wing mechanism can meet the design requirements within the allowable error range,and can achieve light weight and compact structure.
