摘  要:由于干气密封在启停阶段动静环间发生碰磨,引起摩擦副摩擦磨损,甚至引起干气密封失效。利用加速度传感器及高速采集卡与LabVIEW信号软件组成摩擦振动信号采集系统,试验测取干气密封启停阶段的摩擦振动信号。基于MATLAB谐波小波包变换原理对振动加速度信号进行剥离,有效地提取并分析2种典型螺旋槽环的摩擦振动信号,摸索干气密封运行时最佳螺旋角角度,减少干气密封运行过程中端面摩擦磨损,优化工作性能,延长服役寿命。结果表明:基于MATLAB谐波小波包变换原理提取的摩擦振动信号主要集中在7000~8000 Hz频段内;在该频段内研究两种典型螺旋槽的摩擦振动变化规律,动静环界面摩擦振动信号X轴与Y轴的矢量和G(矢量和G的方向与摩擦力的方向一致)18°环大于比16°环;通过3D形貌图摩擦磨痕对比发现18°环比16°环磨损严重;结合摩擦机理分析,证明了在摩擦过程中螺旋槽环的主要摩擦磨损方向,从而判断在摩擦阶段16°环比18°环具有更好的服役性能。Friction and wear of friction pair and even failure of dry gas seal is caused due to the friction phenomenon between the rotating and stationary rings in the start-stop stage.In this test,the friction vibration signal acquisition system is composed of acceleration sensor,high speed acquisition card and LabVIEW signal software to measure the friction vibration signal of the dry gas seal in the start-stop phase.Based on the MATLAB harmonic wavelet packet transform principle,the vibration acceleration signal was stripped,the friction vibration signals of two typical spiral groove rings were effectively extracted and analyzed,and the optimal spiral angle was found out during the running of the dry gas seal,which can reduce the friction and wear of the end face during the dry gas seal running,optimize the working performance and extend the service life.The results show that the friction vibration signals extracted based on the principle of MATLAB harmonic wavelet packet transform were mainly concentrated in the frequency band of 7000~8000 Hz.In this frequency band,the variation law of frictional vibration of two typical spiral grooves was studied.The vector and G(the direction of the vector and G is consistent with the direction of the friction force)of the X-axis and Y-axis of the frictional vibration signal of the 18°ring at the interface of the rotating and stationary rings were greater than the 16°ring.According to the comparison of friction and wear marks in the 3D topography,it was found that the wear of the 18°ring was more serious compared with 16°.In combination with the analysis of the friction mechanism,the main friction and wear direction of the spiral groove ring in the friction process was proved,thus judging that the 16°ring has better service performance than the 18°ring in the friction stage.
