帕金森病患者合并便秘症状的研究及疗效观察

摘　　要：目的研究帕金森病(PD)患者便秘症状发生情况,观察双歧嗜酸乳肠球三联活菌胶囊对PD患者便秘症状的疗效。方法共纳入PD患者64例,健康对照57名,分析比较2组人群便秘发生率,并分析PD患者便秘发生与疾病严重程度的相关关系,PD患者口服双歧嗜酸乳肠球三联活菌胶囊,通过自身前后对照,评价双歧嗜酸乳肠球三联活菌胶囊对PD患者便秘症状的改善情况。结果帕金森患者便秘发生率为67%,高于健康对照组49%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);PD患者便秘症状发生与H-Y分级及帕金森综合评分量表第三部分(UPDRSⅢ)评分之间无相关关系(P>0.05);PD患者经口服双歧嗜酸乳肠球三联活菌胶囊治疗后,便秘发生率为28%,便秘发生率较前明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);疗效与UPDRSⅢ评分之间无相关关系(P>0.05)。结论PD患者更易发生便秘,便秘发生与疾病严重程度无相关。口服双歧嗜酸乳肠球三联活菌胶囊对改善PD患者便秘的效果显著。Objective To study the occurrence of constipation in patients with Parkinson′s disease(PD),and to observe the efficacy of bifidus acidophilus enterococcus triple viable bacteria capsules for treating the constipation symptoms in PD patients.Method A total of 64 PD patients and 57 healthy controls were included.The incidence rate of constipation in the two groups was analyzed and compared,and the relationship between the occurrence of constipation and the severity of illness in PD patients was analyzed.The improvement of constipation in PD patients taking Bifidus Acidophilus Enterococcus triple viable bacteria capsules orally was evaluated through self-control study before and after treatment.Result The incidence rate of constipation in PD patients was 67%,which was higher than 49%in the healthy control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no correlation between the occurrence of constipation and the HY classification and UPDRSⅢscore in PD patients(P>0.05).Compared with pre-treatment(67%),the incidence of constipation in PD patients using the above capsules decreased obviously to 28%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no correlation between the efficacy of the above capsules and the UPDRSⅢscore(P>0.05).Conclusion Patients with PD are more prone to constipation,and the occurrence of constipation is not related to the severity of illness.Oral administration of Bifidus Acidophilus enterococcus triple viable bacteria capsules has a significant effect on improving constipation in PD patients.
