摘　　要：下咽癌发病率较低,恶性程度高,预后差,易发生第二原发食管癌。对于下咽-食管多原发癌,目前尚无统一治疗方案。本文主要报道1例下咽-食管多原发癌合并肺转移经多线治疗后使用阿法替尼取得生存获益的病例,旨在为下咽-食管多原发癌提供可能有效的治疗手段。Hypopharyngeal carcinoma,with a low incidence but high malignancy and poor prognosis,has a high risk of second primary esophageal cancer.Currently,there is no agreed treatment for hypopharyngeal-esophageal multiple primary cancer.In this paper,we therefore reported a case of hypopharyngeal-esophageal multiple primary cancer with lung metastasis,in which patient got survival benefit from afatinib after multi-line treatment,aiming to provide a possible effective treatment for hypopharyngeal-esophageal multiple primary cancer.
