摘　　要：目的探究结肠途径经内镜肠道植管术用于溃疡性结肠炎患者粪菌移植和肠道给药的效果。方法选取2018年3月至2019年2月本院收治的200例溃疡性结肠炎患者,均行结肠途径经内镜肠道置管术进行粪菌移植与肠道给药,分析所有患者的置管情况、不良事件、满意度、影响因素。结果200例患者中,治疗成功率为100.00%;操作时间5.3~13.8 min,平均(9.74±2.36)min。经内镜肠道植管固定部位:末端回肠固定者2例(1.00%),固定于回盲部者168例(84.00%),固定于横结肠下者17例(8.50%),固定于左半结肠者8例(4.00%),固定于降结肠者5例(2.50%)。小组织夹使用者64例(32.00%),大组织夹使用者130例(65.00%);均未使用者6例(3.00%)。组织夹数量为3~4个,平均(3.36±0.28)个。结肠途径经内镜肠道置管术的使用情况粪菌移植治疗者193例(96.50%),同时实施结肠给药治疗者169例(84.50%);结肠灌汤给药治疗者7例(3.50%)。结论结肠途径经内镜肠道植管术可用于溃疡性结肠炎患者的肠道给药治疗与粪菌移植,安全性较高,应用效果显著。Objective To explore the effect of endoscopic intestinal catheterization for fecal bacteria transplantation and intestinal administration in patients with ulcerative colitis.Methods From March 2018 to February 2019,200 patients with ulcerative colitis were selected for the study.All patients underwent colonoscopic intubation via endoscopy for fecal bacteria transplantation and intestinal administration.The intubation,adverse events,satisfaction and influencing factors of all patients were analyzed.Results Of the 200 patients,the treatment success rate was 100.00%,the operation time was 5.3-13.8 min,the average time was(9.74±2.36)min.Two patients were fixed in terminal ileum,168 in ileocecal,17 in transverse colon,8 in left colon and 5 in descending colon.64 cases(32.00%)were group users,130 cases(65.00%)were large tissue users,and 6 cases(3.00%)were non users.The average number of tissue clips was(3.36±0.28).The use of endoscopic intestinal catheterization in 193 cases(96.50%)were treated with fecal bacteria transplantation,while 169 cases(84.50%)were treated with colon drug administration.7 cases(3.50%)were treated with CLT.Conclusion The endoscopic intestinal catheterization can be used in the treatment of ulcerative colitis and fecal bacteria transplantation.It is safe and effective.
