摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术对患者性功能和免疫系统的影响。方法回顾性分析2018年1月至2019年6月本院收治的83例结直肠癌根治术患者的临床资料,其中接受传统开腹手术治疗的患者作为开腹组(n=40),接受腹腔镜直肠癌根治术治疗的患者作为腹腔镜组(n=43),比较两组免疫功能与性功能水平。结果术后1 d,两组CD3^+、CD4^+与CD8^+水平均低于术前(P<0.05),且腹腔镜组CD3^+、CD4^+与CD8^+水平明显低于开腹组(P<0.05);与开腹组比较,腹腔镜组术后国际勃起功能指数问卷调查表(IIEF)评分明显更高(P<0.05),射精功能障碍发生率明显更低(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术对患者性功能和免疫功能的影响较小,有利于术后恢复,安全性较高。Objective To investigate the effect of laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer on patients’sexual function and immune system.Methods The clinical data of 83 patients admitted to our hospital with radical resection of colorectal cancer from January 2018 to June 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.Among them,40 patients received conventional laparotomy(open group),and 43 patients received laparoscopic radical resection(laparoscopic group).The levels of immune function and sexual function were compared between the two groups.Results The levels of CD3^+,CD4^+and CD8^+in the two groups were lower than those before surgery(P<0.05),and the levels of CD3^+,CD4^+and CD8^+in the laparoscopic group were significantly lower than those in the open group(P<0.05).Compared with the open group,the laparoscopic group’s postoperative international erectile function index questionnaire(IIEF)score was significantly higher(P<0.05),and the incidence of ejaculation dysfunction was significantly lower(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer has less effect on patients’sexual and immune functions,and is conducive to postoperative recovery.It is a safe and reliable treatment.
