超声引导下妇科恶性肿瘤患者术后盆腔淋巴囊肿进行无水乙醇注射治疗的效果研究

摘　　要：目的探究妇科恶性肿瘤患者术后盆腔淋巴囊肿实施超声引导下无水乙醇治疗的临床效果。方法选取2018年2月至2019年7月本院收治的94例妇科恶性肿瘤术后盆腔淋巴囊肿患者,平均分为两组,每组47例。对照组实施常规手术治疗,观察组实施超声引导下无水乙醇注射治疗,比较两组治疗结局。结果治疗后1、2、3个月,两组囊肿直径均减小,观察组各时间点囊肿直径小于对照组(P<0.05)。对照组、观察组疼痛、发热及囊肿侧不适发生率分别为17.02%、2.13%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在妇科恶性肿瘤患者术后盆腔淋巴囊肿患者中采用超声引导下无水乙醇注射治疗,能快速缩小患者囊肿,降低患者并发症发生率。Objective To explore the clinical effect of ultrasound-guided absolute alcohol treatment of postoperative pelvic lymphatic cysts in patients with gynecological malignancies.Methods A total of 94 patients with postoperative pelvic lymphatic cysts of gynecological malignancies admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to July 2019 were divided into two groups,with 47 cases in each group.The control group received conventional surgical treatment,and the observation group received ultrasound-guided absolute ethanol injection treatment,compare the treatment outcome of the two groups.Results After 1,2,and 3 months of treatment,the diameters of cysts in the two groups were reduced,and the diameter of the cysts in the observation group was smaller than that of the control group at each time point(P<0.05).The incidence of pain,fever and cystic side discomfort in the control group and the observation group were 17.02%and 2.13%,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In patients with postoperative pelvic lymphatic cysts in gynecological malignant tumors,ultrasound-guided absolute ethanol injection can quickly shrink the cysts and reduce the incidence of complications.
