摘　　要：办好思想政治理论课关键在教师,教师的培养需要从源头抓起。马克思主义理论学科研究生是思想政治理论课教师队伍的后备人才,其培养质量直接关系到未来思政课的教育教学质量。按照习近平在学校思想政治理论课教师座谈会上的重要讲话精神,作者认为,在马克思主义理论学科研究生培养过程中应将“六要”的标准贯穿始终,用习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想武装头脑,培养政治强、情怀深、思维新、视野广、自律严、人格正的高水平理论人才。The key to improve Ideological and political theory courses depends on teachers,and the cultivation of teachers should start from the source.The postgraduates of Marxist Theory subject are the reserve talents for Ideological and political theory teachers,and the quality of cultivation is directly related to the quality of ideological and political education in the future.According to the spirit of Xi Jinping's important speech at the symposium of ideological and political theory teachers,the authors hold that,the standard of"six essentials"should run through in the course of cultivating postgraduates of Marxist theory,the mind should armed with Xi Jinping Thoughts on socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era.The aim is to cultivate high-level theoretical talents with strong politics,deep feelings,new thinking,broad vision,strict self-discipline and positive personality.
