摘 要:分析了国内外供应链的研究和发展现状,并结合VMI模式的优点,对其在军事供应链中的应用进行研究,最后基于承诺契约,通过建立“供应商—部队”两级VMI供应链模型,在承诺订购量的条件下进行求解,确定陆军车辆器材供应商的最优生产能力和部队的最佳订货量。In this paper,we analyzed the current status of researches on supply chain development both at home and abroad,then in light of the advantages of the VMI model,studied the application of the VMI model in the military supply chain system,and,based on commitment contract,established a"supplier-army"two-echelon VMI supply chain model.At the end,we solved the model while satisfying the condition of committed order quantity and determined the optimal production capacity of the vehicle equipment suppliers and the optimal order quantity of the army.
