老年口腔种植患者健康需求与手术满意度调查及原因探讨

摘　　要：目的:了解上海地区老年口腔种植牙患者选择种植治疗的相关健康需求、疗效期望、对种植手术治疗的满意度及相关问题分析,为医疗服务质量的不断改进提供调查依据。方法:采用不记名问卷调查的方式对2019年6~9月期间至上海第九人民医院术后拆线的212名老年口腔种植患者开展调查。结果:调查对象选择口腔种植治疗的健康需求主要以恢复咀嚼功能为主,希望解决美学和发音问题的比例较少;53.8%的调查对象认为种植修复的治疗效果和天然牙差不多,28.3%的对象认为种植治疗的效果不如天然牙,16.0%的调查对象认为种植治疗的效果优于天然牙;95.7%(95%CI:93.0-98.5%)的调查对象对种植手术表示满意,不满意的占1.4%(95%CI:0.3-4.1%);调查对象表示治疗过程中存在的主要问题包括"专家号难挂"、"种植治疗费用高"、"治疗周期长"、"排队时间久"等。结论:上海第九人民医院老年口腔种植患者的健康需求以恢复咀嚼功能为主,对种植手术的满意度较高,但在医疗过程中仍存在一些不足之处有待改进。Objective:To realize the health needs,health expectation,patient satisfaction among elderly dental implant patients in Shanghai and find problems in the treatment process.Methods:An anonymous questionnaire survey was conducted among 212 elderly patients with dental implant from June to September 2019 in the Ninth People’s Hospital of Shanghai.Result:The health needs of the participants who chose the dental implant therapy were mainly to restore the masticatory function,and the proportion of them who wanted to solve the problems of aesthetics and pronunciation was less;The proportion of the respondents who thought that‘the effect of the dental implant is similar to that of the natural teeth’was 53.8%,and 28.3%of the respondents thought that the effect of the implant therapy was inferior to that of the natural teeth,16.0%of the respondents thought that the effect of the implant therapy was superior to that of the natural teeth.Among participants investigated,95.7%(95%CI:93.0-98.5%)of them were satisfied with dental implant surgery and 1.4%(95%CI:0.3-4.1%)were dissatisfied.The main problems in the treatment process included‘difficult to register for an expert’,‘high cost of implant treatment’,‘long treatment period’,‘long waiting time’,etc.Conclusion:The health needs of the elderly patients in the Shanghai Ninth People’s Hospital are mainly to restore masticatory function,and the overall satisfaction of the implant surgery is high,but there are still some deficiencies to be improved in the medical process.
