摘　　要：近年来利用宏基因组学和生物信息学技术对不同疾病人群的肠道微菌群结构和特征进行分析表明,人体健康与肠道菌群存在密切而复杂的联系。本文综述肠道菌群与痛风性关节炎的研究,包括痛风性关节炎新的治疗方法及新的发病机制,为中药复方治疗痛风性关节炎新的作用靶点提供参考。In recent years,the use of metagenomics and bioinformatics techniques to analyze the structure and characteristics of the intestinal microflora of people with different diseases has shown that human health and intestinal flora are closely and complexly linked.This article reviews the research on intestinal flora and gouty arthritis,including new treatment methods and new pathogenesis of gouty arthritis,and provides reference for the new target of Chinese medicine compound treatment for gouty arthritis.
