摘  要:模块化设计是海外油气田项目中常用的技术,针对中东某油田注水项目先期投产的要求,采用模块化设计方法对项目进行设计,以满足投产要求及降本增效的需求;基于模块化全面覆盖、标准统一、安全经济的基本原则,根据工艺流程和平面布置进行布局与划分,将注水站划分为泵进出口、汇管管廊、注水阀组等3类共计12个模块,并对模块同外部管道、自控、电气等系统的接口进行了设计。结果表明,不仅项目施工质量得到极大提高,工期也缩短了20%,且成本节省15%。因此,在海外油气田项目中,模块化的推广及应用对中国能源企业走出去及降本增效有着显著的促进作用。Modularization design is an increasingly common technology used in overseas oil and gas field projects.In response to the requirements for the commissioning of a water injection project in a Middle East oilfield,a modularization design method was adopted.Based on the basic principle of modularization design,the water injection station was divided into a total of 12 modules according to the process flow and plot plan,including pump inlets,manifolds,and water injection valve groups.The interface of the module with external pipelines,automatic control,electrical and other systems had also been designed.In the end,the project not only greatly improved the construction quality,but also shortened the construction period by 20%,and saved costs by 15%.Therefore,the promotion and application of modularization plays a significant role in promoting Chinese energy enterprises to go global,reduce costs and increase efficiency in overseas oil and gas field projects.
