新师范思想政治教育本科专业人才培养目标激励机制浅析

摘　　要：在新师范教育背景下,对思想政治教育本科专业人才培养目标实施激励机制,就是要在人才培养的全过程中做到以理想人格为道德标杆,引导学生职业道德的养成;以研读马克思主义经典文献为导向,注重理论知识的积累和理论素养的提高;以师范生教学技能训练为抓手,强化专业实践能力的提高;强化人才培养目标激励机制的实效性和长效性。Under the educational background of the new normal school,to implement the incentive mechanism for the training goal of the undergraduates majoring in ideological and political education is to take the ideal personality as the moral standard and guide the cultivation of the students’professional ethics in the whole process of the training;to study the Marxist classics as the guidance,pay attention to the accumulation of theoretical knowledge and theoretical literacy;to strengthen the professional practice ability from taking normal students teaching skills training as the grasp;to strengthen the actual effect and long-term effect of the motivation mechanism of the goal of personnel training.
