摘 要:目的运用静息态功能磁共振成像(rs-fMRI)的局部一致性(ReHo)方法探究基底节梗死神经元活动的同步性特征。方法选取12例基底节梗死患者为观察组,选择12例健康体检者为健康对照组,对两组入选者进行静息态功能磁共振扫描,比较两组ReHo值的差异。结果与对照组相比,观察组ReHo值在双侧额上回、双侧额中回、左侧额下回显著增高,在双侧小脑后叶显著降低,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.001)。结论基底节梗死后额叶及小脑神经元活动同步性发生变化,通过刺激以上脑区,可能有助于基底节梗死的功能恢复。Objective To explore regional synchrony of neuronal activity in patients with basal ganglia region infarction by regional homogeneity(ReHo)in resting-state functional magnetic resonance imaging(rs-fMRI).Methods Rs-fMRI data were acquired from 12 cases of patients with acute basal ganglia region infarction and 12 healthy controls.The ReHo changes were analyzed at different frequencies by comparing patients and healthy controls.Results Compared with the control group,ReHo value of the basal ganglia infarction group increased significantly in bilateral superior frontal gyrus,bilateral middle frontal gyrus,and left inferior frontal gyrus,and decreased significantly in bilateral cerebellum posterior lobe(P <0.001).Conclusion Regional synchrony of neuronal activity in frontal and cerebellum lobe changes after basal ganglia region infarction.Stimulation of the above brain regions may contribute to the functional recovery of basal ganglia infarction.
