摘　　要：随着工业自动化的高速发展,机械手已经被广泛应用于各行各业。主要介绍了一种通过机械手与PLC的控制来实现塑壳断路器多种静触头自动焊接的方案,解决了以前单一产品自动化焊接设备投人大,设备利用率低以及人工焊接时效率低、质量不稳的问题。With the rapid development of industrial automation,manipulator has been widely used in industries.This paper mainly introduces a automatic welding program of various static contacts of moulded case circuit breaker through the control of the manipulator’s loading and unloading and the PLC.It solves the problem of large investment,low utilization rate of equipm ent,low efficiency of manual welding and unstable quality of single product automatic welding equipment.
