摘　　要：涂布机干燥箱温度变化大,应用普通意义上的PID控制器很难合理把控系统温度变化。而使用模糊自适应PID控制器则能够按需要合理调节涂布机干燥箱的温度参数。文章在阐述传统PID控制模式应用局限的基础上,结合涂布机干燥箱的特点,通过试验研究验证模糊自适应PID控制器在干燥箱温度控制中的应用优势,旨在能够使得涂布机干燥箱温度始终处于理想的温度。The temperature of the drying oven of the coating machine changes greatly,and it is difficult to reasonably control the temperature change of the system by using the PID controller in the ordinary sense.The use of fuzzy adaptive PID controller can reasonably adjust the temperature parameters of the coating machine drying oven as required.Based on the application limitations of the traditional PID control mode,this article combines the characteristics of the drying oven of the coating machine to verify the application advantages of the fuzzy adaptive PID controller in the temperature control of the drying oven are verified through experimental research,and the aim is to keep the temperature of the drying oven of the coating machine at an ideal temperature.
