摘　　要：目的探讨肾功能不全与中老年人无症状性脑梗死(SBI)的相关性。方法选取335例门诊健康体检的人员,年龄40~75岁,平均(62.3±8.2)岁。分析年龄、身高、体质量、吸烟史、饮酒史、血压、空腹血糖、血脂、血肌酐及脑部影像学改变等相关数据。结果335例研究对象中58例(17.3%)为SBI患者,共计113枚SBI病灶,其中93枚(82.30%)为腔隙灶;30例(9.0%)存在1个以上SBI病灶。肾功能不全与SBI病变数量呈显著负性相关。肾功能不全与SBI显著相关(OR值=1.98~2.27)。结论肾功能不全是SBI的独立危险因素,随着肾功能的减低,SBI病灶数量增加。Objective To investigate the association between renal insufficiency and slient brain infarction(SBI)in adults.Methods A total of 335 outpatients with physical examination aged 40-75 years(mean age,(62.3±8.2))were selected.Clinical data were analyzed,including age,height,weight,smoking history,alcohol consumption history,blood pressure,fasting glucose,lipid profile,serum creatinine,and brain imaging changes.Results Of the 335 subjects,58(17.3%)were SBI patients,with a total of 113 SBI lesions.93(82.30%)SBI lesions were lacunar infarction.More than one SBI was present in 30 cases(9.0%).There was a significant negative correlation between renal insufficiency and the number of SBI lesions.Renal insufficiency was significantly correlated with the occurrence of SBI(OR=1.98-2.27).Conclusion Renal insufficiency is an independent risk factor for SBI.The number of SBI lesions increases with the decrease of renal function.
