摘 要:对宁夏稻区8个水稻主栽品种共计163份样本进行了品质分析。结果表明:宁夏水稻的整精米率偏低,垩白粒率、垩白度偏高,碾磨品质和外观品质表现较差;参试水稻主栽品种间的品质具有显著的差异性。其中,碾磨品质方面,宁粳53号、宁粳48号表现较好,宁粳50号、宁粳43号、宁粳57号表现较差;外观品质方面,宁粳57号、宁粳50号表现较好。品种内品质因子的变异大小不同,碾磨品质表现为宁粳53号变异最小,宁粳57号变异最大;外观品质整体变异系数均较大。并针对各水稻主栽品种品质的主要限制因子,制定出科学合理、轻简省力、绿色安全的配套生产技术模式,对提升宁夏稻谷质量具有重要意义。Quality analysis was conducted for 8 main cultivated rice varieties,a total of 163 samples in Ningxia.The results shewed that the rate of head rice was relatively low.The chalky grain rate and chalkiness were relatively higher,and the milling and appearance qualities performed better.In terms of milling quality,Ningjing No.53 and Ningjing No.48 performed better,and Ningjing No.50,Ningjing No.43 and Ningjing No.57 had worse performances.In terms of appearance quality,Ningjing No.57 and Ningjing No.50 had better performances.The variations of quality factor were different.Ningjing 53 had minimum variation while Ningjing 57 had maximum variation in terms of milling quality.The overall variation coefficients of appearance quality were relatively large.The main restriction factors of each main cultivated variety were analyzed.On the basis,a scientific,simple and efficient production technical pattern was put forward in order to improve rice quality in Ningxia.
