摘　　要：随着视频终端的普及,以及视频内容和游戏越加丰富,青年学生利用视频终端观看视频和玩游戏的时间、频率不断增加,过度用眼则会导致出现多种眼部问题,其中干眼症作为临床常见眼科疾病,目前在青年学生当中具有较高的发病率。干眼症的发生,给青年学生的日常生活、学习及其未来发展均造成了阻碍,因此,积极开展青年学生干眼症教育研究,不仅能够促进其养成良好的用眼习惯,保障身体健康,同时还可提高青年学生的学习质量和效率,对于促进我国卫生健康事业的可持续发展也具有重要意义。With the popularity of video terminals and the increase of video content and games,Young students use video terminals to watch videos and play games more and more frequently,Overuse of eyes can lead to a variety of eye problems among young students,among which dry eye disease is a common clinical eye disease,At present,the incidence rate of young students is high.The emergence of xerophthalmia hinders the daily life,learning life and future development of young students,Therefore,to actively carry out the education and Research on dry eye disease of young students can not only promote young students to develop good eye habits;At the same time,it can also improve the learning quality and efficiency of young students;It is also of great significance to promote the sustainable development of health undertakings in China.
