康柏西普与雷珠单抗治疗湿性黄斑变性的早期临床疗效比较

摘　　要：目的比较康柏西普与雷珠单抗治疗湿性年龄相关性黄斑变性的早期临床疗效。方法选取2019年1月至2020年4月我院收治湿性年龄相关性黄斑变性的40例40眼,随机数字表法分为A组(康柏西普组)20例20眼和B组(雷珠单抗组)20例20眼,所有患者均为初次注射,观察各组患者术前、术后一周、术后一月最佳矫正视力、黄斑中心区厚度情况。结果术后一周、一月,两组患者视力较注药前明显改善(P<0.01),两组间比较无统计学意义(P=0.28,0.15);两组黄斑中心区厚度均明显低于术前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但两组间无统计学意义(P=0.34,0.61)。结论采用康柏西普及雷珠单抗治疗湿性年龄相关性黄斑变性均可使患者视力提高,减轻黄斑水肿,早期疗效无明显差异。Objective The purpose of this study is to compare the early clinical efficacy between intravitreal injection conbercept and ranibizumab in the treatment of wet age-related macular degeneration(AMD).Methods The clinical data of 40 eyes of 40 patients with wet AMD from Jan.2019 to Apr 2020 in this hospital were analysed retrospectively.The cases were randomly divided into two groups:Group A,eyes of 20 cases,received conbercept and Group B,eyes of 20 cases,received ranibizumab.All the patients were given initial injection.The best corrected visual acuity and the central macular thickness of all the patients in each group were respectively observed before operation,1 week after operation and 1 month after operation.Results The visual acuity of each group at 1 week after operation and 1 month after operation was better than that before the injection(P<0.01).But there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P=0.28,0.15).The central macular thickness in both groups was significantly lower than that before operation.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).But the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P=0.34,0.61).Conclusion The intravitreal injection of conberecpt and ranibizumab can improve the visual acuity,and reduce the macular edema for the treatment of wet age-related macular degeneration.There is no significant difference between the groups in the early efficacy.
