摘  要:近年来,随着我国科学技术及现代医学的飞速发展,人们对于自身健康的要求越来越高,对于高素质医学人才的需求也与日俱增。现如今,现代医学已不是一门单纯的技术性学科,而是一个包括伦理学、心理学、生物学等学科的综合体。在这种新形式下,主流教学方法的弊端日益明显。针对这些弊端,本文明确了临床医学教学方法改革新的目标及原则,并针对各项原则进行了具体改革方法举例,包括:穿插以问题为导向的学习教学法加标准化病人案例化教学,多媒体技术教学及网络慕课自学,改良基础教学阶段导师制度。总的来说,临床医学这门学科旨在为未来培养适应国际需求的高素质医学人才,所以在教学方法上必须与时俱进,在传统的教学理念上进行突破。In recent years,with the rapid development of science and technology and modern medicine in China,people have higher requirements for their own health,and their demand for high-quality medical talents is also increasing day by day.Nowadays,modern medicine is not a pure technical discipline,but a synthesis of ethics,psychology,biology and other disciplines.In this new situation,the disadvantages of the mainstream teaching methods are increasingly obvious.In view of these drawbacks,this paper clarifies the new goals and principles of the reform of clinical medicine teaching methods,and gives examples of specific reform methods according to each principle,for example:problem-based cearning teaching method and standardized patient case teaching,multimedia technology of teaching and self-study with MOOC,improved tutor system during basic teaching stage.To sum up,clinical medicine aims to cultivate high-quality medical talents to meet international needs in the future,so it must keep pace with the times in teaching methods and make breakthroughs in traditional teaching ideas.
