摘　　要：目的深入了解肿瘤科护士姑息护理态度的现状。方法于2019年10月—2020年1月,采用目的抽样法、现象学研究方法对陕西中医药大学第二附属医院肿瘤科的12名护士进行半结构式访谈,运用Colaizzi 7步分析法对资料进行整理与分析。结果共提炼出4大主题:对姑息护理的认识;姑息护理实施态度;姑息护理体验;姑息护理发展面临的问题。结论肿瘤科护士对姑息护理的认识较全面、实施态度较积极,但其对姑息护理的体验存在负性情绪,各相关部门应加强姑息护理理念的推广。Objective To understand the status quo of palliative care attitude of nurses in oncology department.Methods From October 2019 to January 2020,12 nurses from the Oncology Department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Shaanxi University of Chinese Medicine were interviewed in a semi-structured manner using objective sampling and phenomenological research methods,and Colaizzi 7-step analysis was used to sort out and analyze the data.Results Four themes were extracted from the interview:awareness of palliative care;palliative care implementation attitude;palliative care experience;issues facing the development of palliative care.Conclusion Oncology nurses have a comprehensive understanding of palliative care and a positive attitude towards implementation,but their experience of palliative care has negative emotions.Therefore,all relevant departments should strengthen the promotion of palliative care concept.
