摘　　要：以全国31个省份为样本,选取评价指标,构建生态文明可持续发展效率的动态和静态分析模型,综合评价各区域的生态文明可持续发展效率与区域差异,实证检验我国生态文明的效率水平。研究结果表明:我国生态文明可持续发展效率未达到最优状态,2011—2017年生态文明可持续发展资源配置效率以年均0.03%的速率下降;在四个区域的排名上,生态文明可持续发展效率较高的省份主要分布在东北和东部地区,中部和西部地区相对靠后,各区域内部的省份之间差异明显;在区域动态变动趋势上,西部地区生态文明可持续发展效率的提升空间和后发潜力最大,东部和东北地区上升趋势较弱,中部地区整体呈下降态势。Taking 31 provinces as samples,this paper selects evaluation indexes,constructs dynamic and static analysis models of sustainable development efficiency of ecological civilization,comprehensively evaluates the sustainable development efficiency and regional differences of regional ecological civilization,and empirically tests the efficiency level of ecological civilization in China.The results show that:the efficiency of sustainable development of ecological civilization in China has not reached the optimal state,and the resource allocation efficiency of sustainable development of ecological civilization has decreased by 0.03%per year from 2011 to 2017;In the ranking of four regions,the provinces with high efficiency of sustainable development of ecological civilization are mainly distributed in the northeast and east,and the central and western regions are relatively backward,the difference among the provinces within each region is obvious;In the regional dynamic change trend,the improvement space and late development potential of the sustainable development efficiency of ecological civilization in the western region is the largest,the rising trend of the eastern and northeast regions is weak,and the overall trend of the central region is declining.
