基于“一试两卷”的高校学分学绩制改革的实践探索——以青岛滨海学院为例

摘　　要：深化学分制改革是高校教学管理改革的重要举措。青岛滨海学院作为山东省首家实施学分制试点的民办本科院校,立足于创新型应用型人才培养目标,探索出基于“一试两卷”的学分学绩制教学管理体系。其成功实施,更好地发挥了教师教学的主导作用和学生学习的主体作用,有效提高教育教学质量,并可为省内外其他高校提供借鉴。Deepening credit system reform is an important measure of teaching management reform in colleges and universities.As the first private undergraduate college in Shandong province to implement credit system pilot,based on the innovative and practical objectives of personnel cultivation,Qingdao Binhai university has explored a teaching management system of a credit and grade system based on"one test and two papers".Its successful implementation,better played the leading role of teachers and the main role of learning,effectively improved the quality of education and teaching,and can provide reference for other colleges and universities in and outside the province.
