摘  要:研究大孔吸附树脂纯化羟基积雪草苷的工艺条件。以静态饱和吸附量、静态洗脱率为考察指标,比较了6种大孔吸附树脂分离纯化羟基积雪草苷的工艺。D101大孔树脂对羟基积雪草苷有良好的吸附分离性能,其分离羟基积雪草苷的工艺条件为:上样量19.8 mg/g、上样流速1 BV/h、洗脱剂50%乙醇、洗脱剂用量4 BV、径高比1∶6;柱分离纯化后产品中羟基积雪草苷含量达27.4%。D101型大孔吸附树脂适合于羟基积雪草苷富集及分离。To study the process conditions of purification of madecassoside by macroporous adsorption resin.The static saturated adsorption capacity and static elution rate were used to investigate the separation and purification of Centella asiaticin by 6 macroporous adsorption resins.The optimum resin adsorption conditions were screened by the content of hydroxysalimentin,adsorption rate and elution rate.D101 macroporous resin had good adsorption and separation properties for hydroxysalicyside.The process conditions for the separation of madecassoside were as follows:loading volume of 19.8 mg/g,loading flow rate of 1 BV/h,eluent of 50%ethanol,the amount of eluent of 4 BV and the aspect ratio of 1∶6,and the content of hydroxycamptoside in the product after purification was 27.4%.D101 macroporous adsorption resin was suitable for the separation and purification of madecassoside.
