摘 要:采用正交设计法优化西洋参超微粉制备工艺,在此基础上研究超微粉碎后西洋参在小鼠耐缺氧、抗疲劳、免疫增强作用等药效学指标及体外透皮吸收行为方面的变化。结果表明,超微粉最佳制备工艺为:球料的质量比50︰1,大小球的个数比5︰20,转速250 r/min,转动时间15 min,在此工艺条件下西洋参超微粉粒径分布范围在400~780 nm之间,属于纳米级超微粉。耐缺氧、抗疲劳、免疫增强试验表明经超微粉碎后,西洋参药效不同程度增强,透皮吸收试验表明其药效增强与透皮吸收率高正相关。试验结果为超微粉碎技术用于中药制剂现代化提供参考。The preparation process of Panax quinquefolium L.ultrafine powder was optimized by using the orthogonal design method.The changes of pharmacological indexes such as hypoxia,anti-fatigue and immune enhancement in mice and the transdermal absorption behavior in vitro were studied.The optimal preparation process condition of ultrafine powder was as follows:the ball mass ratio of 50︰1,the ball size of 5︰20,the rotation speed of 250 r/min,and the rotation time of 15 min.The ultrafine particle size distribution ranges from 400 to 780 nm in this process condition.Anti-hypoxia,anti-fatigue and immune enhancement experiments showed that the effect of American ginseng was enhanced after ultrafine pulverization.Transdermal absorption experiments showed that the enhancement of drug efficacy was positively correlated with the high transdermal absorption rate.A reference for the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine preparations by ultrafine pulverization technology was provided.
