摘  要:以饮料灌装机为研究对象,为提高饮品灌装效率、提升饮品灌装企业设备自动化和智能化程度,设计一款基于PLC和触摸屏的饮料灌装智能控制系统。对旋转式灌装机工艺流程进行介绍,通过工艺流程设计以松下PLC为控制核心,以触摸屏作为上位机的灌装机硬件系统。通过PLC实现灌装机的自动控制和手动控制2种控制模式,实现集清洗、灌装、封盖、包装、检测等功能于一体的灌装系统。为使控制系统具有参数设置、数据监控、故障诊断等功能,采用威纶通触摸屏进行人机界面编程。该控制系统能够实现饮料食品的自动灌装,大幅提升企业生产效率,提高饮料食品灌装精度。Taking the beverage filling machine as the research object,in order to improve the efficiency of beverage filling and improve the automation and intelligence of the equipment in beverage filling enterprises,an intelligent control system of beverage filling based on PLC and touch screen is designed.The technological process of the rotary filling machine is introduced,and the hardware system of the filling machine with Panasonic PLC as the control core and touch screen as the upper computer through the technological process is designed.The automatic control and manual control of the filling machine are realized by PLC,and the filling system which integrates the functions of cleaning,filling,capping,packaging and testing is realized.In order to make the control system have the functions of parameter setting,data monitoring,fault diagnosis,etc.,the human-machine interface is programmed by using the touch screen of Wintone.The control system can realize the automatic filling of beverage and food,greatly improve the production efficiency of the enterprise,and improve the filling accuracy of beverage and food.
