董氏奇穴针灸防治晚期肺腺癌化疗引起恶心呕吐的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察董氏奇穴针灸防治晚期肺腺癌患者化疗引起恶心呕吐的临床疗效。方法将73例晚期肺腺癌化疗患者随机分为试验组和对照组,其中试验组37例,对照组36例。对照组采用格拉司琼等常规止吐方案治疗;试验组在对照组治疗方案基础上加董氏奇穴针灸治疗。观察并比较两组患者化疗过程中对于恶心呕吐症状控制的总有效率和总体满意率。结果试验组恶心呕吐症状控制的总有效率及总体满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论董氏奇穴针灸可预防及减少晚期肺腺癌化疗消化道不良反应的发生。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Dong’s extra acupoint acupuncture on the prevention and treatment of nausea and vomiting caused by chemotherapy in patients with advanced lung adenocarcinoma.Methods A total of 73 patients with advanced lung adenocarcinoma were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,37 patients in the treatment group and 36 patients in the control group.The control group was treated with routine antiemetic medicines of granisetron.And the treatment group was treated with Dong’s extra acupoint acupuncture based on the treatment for the control group.During the chemotherapy,the total effective rate and the overall satisfactory rate for relieving the nausea and vomiting symptoms during in the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate and the overall satisfactory rate for relieving the nausea and vomiting symptoms in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significan(P<0.05).Conclusion Dong’s extra acupoint acupuncture exerts certain effect on preventing and relieving the occurrence of gastrointestinal adverse reactions caused by chemotherapy in the patients with advanced lung adenocarcinoma.
