浅谈胃癌化疗导致骨髓抑制的中医分期辨治

摘　　要：胃癌患者化疗后骨髓抑制发生率较高,中医药干预措施能够在一定程度上缓解化疗所致的骨髓抑制,降低其发生率。本文依据胃癌患者化疗各个时期的中医病机变化及治疗目的的不同,将中医药干预治疗本病分为化疗前、化疗期间和化疗后三个阶段,通过结合相关临床研究成果及近现代医家的临床经验,论述胃癌化疗所致骨髓抑制的中医药防治方法,同时列举了研究证明有效的经验方及中成药,以期为临床治疗胃癌化疗所致的骨髓抑制提供新的思路。The incidence of myelosuppression after chemotherapy in gastric cancer patients was higher,and the clinical treatment was limited till now.Studies have shown that traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)intervention can alleviate the myelosuppression caused by chemotherapy to a certain extent and reduce its incidence.In this article,based on the changes in TCM pathogenesis and treatment purposes of patients with gastric cancer during chemotherapy,we divided TCM intervention period into three stages,namely before chemotherapy,during chemotherapy,and after chemotherapy.By reviewing the achievements of clinical research and the clinical experience of modern physicians,we put forward the TCM therapies for the prevention and treatment of bone marrow suppression caused by chemotherapy in gastric cancer patients,and listed the proved recipes and Chinese patent medicines,so as to provide new ideas for the treatment of myelosuppression after chemotherapy in gastric cancer patients.
