重视循证医学在中西医结合肿瘤学本科教学中的应用

摘　　要：循证医学概念的提出促进了肿瘤学的不断进步,为肿瘤学的跨越性发展提供了机遇,而且现代循证医学理念也逐渐引入到中医药发展中,对中西医结合本科生教学提出了新的要求。适当在肿瘤学带教中引入循证医学概念,可以提高学生对肿瘤学前沿发展的认识,培养学生在将来的临床工作中认识并解决问题的能力,同时对于中西医结合肿瘤学,用一套实证与客观的评价体系来充分展示中医药在肿瘤疾病治疗中的积极作用,有利于激发本科生对中医药的兴趣,培养他们的科研精神,有助于加强中西医发展体系的复合型肿瘤人才培养。本文着重探讨了中西医结合肿瘤学与循证医学的密切关系以及将循证医学理念引入中西医结合肿瘤学本科教学的方法,以期提高教学水平和教育质量。The establishment of evidence-based medicine(EBM)promotes the continuous progress of oncology and provides opportunities for the leap forward development of oncology.Moreover,the concept of modern evidence-based medicine is gradually introduced into the development of traditional Chinese medicine,which puts forward new requirements for undergraduate teaching of the specialty of integrated Chinese and western medicine.Introducing the concept of evidence-based medicine in oncology teaching can improve students’understanding of the development of oncology,and fully cultivate their ability to understand and solve problems in future clinical practice.At the same time,the utilization of a set of empirical and objective evaluation system can fully demonstrate the positive role of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of tumor diseases,and is conducive to stimulating the students'interest in traditional Chinese medicine and the cultivation of their scientific research spirit,which will help to meet the specific requirements of the cultivation of compound oncology talents in the development of integrated Chinese and Western medicine,and improve their basic knowledge and clinical practice ability.This paper mainly discusses the close relationship between integrated Chinese and western medicine oncology and evidence-based medicine,and introduces the concept of evidence-based medicine into the undergraduate teaching of integrated Chinese and western medicine oncology,so as to improve the teaching level and education quality.
