摘  要:通过对智能制造与数控技术的关联分析,采用基于工作过程的课程建设理念,分析智能制造对数控技术人员要求,针对“数控加工”“数控装调”“智能制造”工作任务领域,归纳出八个职业岗位的典型工作任务,明确培养目标,并通过整合并序化教学内容,构建了数控技术专业课程体系,实现了在智能制造背景下数控专业课程教学改革与实践创新。Based on the analysis of the relationship between intelligent manufacturing and NC technology and the concept of course construction and based on work process,this paper analyses the requirements for NC technicians in the face of intelligent manufacturing,and sums up the typical tasks of eight professional posts in the fields of NC machining,NC assembly and adjustment,and intelligent manufacturing.Through the integration and sequencing of teaching content,the curriculum system of NC technology specialty is constructed.Under the background of intelligent manufacturing,the teaching reform and practical innovation of NC specialty are realized.
