摘　　要：吸引力和实效性已经成为制约高校大学生职业发展与就业指导课程科学发展的关键因素。在梳理分析课程建设和改革研究进展的基础上,以新颁发的《普通高等学校本科专业类教学质量国家标准》为参照,提出要关注和充分把握学生主体地位,解决学生、辅导员班主任和任课老师的认识问题,在教学内容改革、教学方法改进和课程作业设计上下功夫,为提高大学生就业指导课程的吸引力和实效性提供新的思路和启发。Attractiveness and effectiveness have now become the key factors restricting the scientific development of undergraduate employment guidance courses.On the basis of paying attention to and fully grasping the status of students as the main body,the students,counselors,class teachers,and teacher teachers,etc.have solved the problem of understanding,and they are making efforts in teaching content reform,teaching method improvement,and coursework design,in order to improve college students'career guidance courses.The attractiveness and effectiveness provide new ideas and new practices.
