摘　　要：毕Ⅱ式吻合术后输出袢梗阻,常需手术进行治疗,本科室1例输出袢入口梗阻患者行Braun氏吻合术,使食物、胃液、胆汁及胰液均通过该吻合口进入远端空肠,成功治愈。因为食物完全进入输入袢再经Braun氏吻合进入远端空肠是一种非常规路径,对于类似病例有一定借鉴意义,现予报告。The efferent loop obstruction after Billroth II enteroenterostomy often needs surgical treatment.A patient with efferent loop inlet obstruction in our department was successfully cured by Braun enteroenterostomy,which made food,gastric juice,bile and pancreatic juice pass through the anastomotic stoma into distal jejunum.It is an unconventional route for food to enter into the afferent loop completely and then into the distal jejunum through Braun anastomosis,which has certain reference significance for similar cases.Therefore,it was reported in this paper.
