摘 要:我国高速铁路无砟轨道广泛采用WJ-7型扣件B类橡胶垫板(简称WJ-7B垫板),其静刚度直接影响车辆运行的稳定性。选取不同环境特点的8条高速铁路的代表性路段,对其WJ-7B垫板的使用情况进行现场调研;利用试验机模拟紫外线、臭氧、高温高湿、高温、低温5种典型老化环境,测试WJ-7B垫板在不同条件下的静刚度变化,分析不同环境条件对垫板静刚度的影响规律。结果表明:垫板静刚度受高温、高温高湿影响最大,其中高温是静刚度增大的主要原因,而湿度对静刚度的影响甚微;其次为紫外线、臭氧;低温对垫板静刚度影响较小,且其影响是一个可逆的过程。建议从改善材料的耐高温老化性能方面对产品进行优化,提高WJ-7B垫板刚度的稳定性。B-type rubber pad for WJ-7 fastener(named as WJ-7 B pad)is widely used in ballastless track of high speed railway in China,and its static stiffness directly affects the stability of vehicle operation.Eight representative sections of high speed railway with different environmental characteristics were selected to investigate the use of WJ-7 B pad.The static stiffness changes of WJ-7 B pad under different conditions were tested by simulating five typical aging environments of ultraviolet,ozone,high temperature and high humidity,high temperature and low temperature with the testing machine.The influence of different environmental conditions on the pad static stiffness was analyzed.The results show that the static stiffness of the pad is mainly affected by high temperature,high temperature and high humidity.The high temperature is the main reason for the increase of static stiffness,while humidity has little effect on it.The second is influence of ultraviolet and ozone.The influence of low temperature on the static stiffness is small,and the influence is a reversible process.It is suggested that the product should be optimized from the aspect of improving the high temperature aging resistance of the material,so as to improve the stiffness stability of WJ-7 B pad.
