摘  要:目的探讨MRI对脑膜少见病变的诊断价值.方法回顾性分析经临床或实验室检查证实的19例脑膜少见疾病的MRI资料.结果按脑膜强化模式分为:硬脑膜强化10例,柔脑膜强化9例;按病因分为:感染性脑膜病变,包括中枢神经系统血管炎4例,自身免疫性脑炎(AE)3例,慢性肥厚性脑膜炎5例;非感染性脑膜病变,包括淋巴瘤脑膜播散2例,神经皮肤黑变病(NCM)3例,Rosai-Dorfman病(RDD)2例.结论MRI增强扫描有助于显示脑膜病变,综合分析MRI表现并结合临床,对鉴别不同病因所致脑膜病变具有重要作用.Ohjective To explore the MRI diagnostic value of rare meningeal lesions.Methods The MRI data of 19 patients with rare meningeal diseases which were confirmed by clinical or laboratory examination were analyzed retrospectively.Results According to the meningeal enhancement pattern,there were 10 cases of dural enhancement,9 cases of leptomeningeal enhancerment.According to the etiology,there were 4 cases of inflammatory meningeal lesions-vasculitis of central nervous system,3 cases of autoimmune encephalitis(AE)and 5 cases of chronic hypertrophic meningitis.Non-inflammatory meningeal lesions-lymphoma meningeal dissemination in 2 cases,neurocutaneous melanosis(NCM)in 3 cases,Rosair Dorfman disease(RDD)in 2 cases.Concdusion MRI contrast enhanced scanning is helpful to display meningeal lesions.Comprehensive analysis of MRI findings combined with clinical manifestations plays an important role in differentiating meningeal lesions caused by different causes.
