乳腺浸润性导管癌MRI表现及ADC值与SIAH2和HIF-1α蛋白表达的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨乳腺浸润性导管癌MRI表现及ADC值与E3泛素连接酶2(SIAH2)和缺氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)蛋白表达的相关性.方法90例老年乳腺浸润性导管癌患者进行MRI、DWI扫描,检测SIAH2、HIF-1α蛋白表达情况,分析MRI表现及ADC值与SIAH2和HIF-1α蛋白的相关性.结果SIAH2表达水平与毛刺征(r=0.287,P=0.000)呈正相关,HIF-1α蛋白表达水平与毛刺征(r=0.256,P=0.001)呈正相关;ADC值与SIAH2表达综合评分(r=-0.937,P=0.000)、HIF-1α蛋白表达综合评分(r=-0.923,P=0.000)呈负相关;乳腺癌病灶SIAH2与HIF-1α蛋白的阳性表达呈正相关(r=0.891,P=0.000).结论乳腺浸润性导管癌的MRI表现及ADC值与生物因子SIAH2、HIF-1α蛋白的表达有一定的相关性,可无创性地从分子生物学水平为乳腺浸润性导管癌的诊断和预后评估提供有价值的信息.Objective To explore the correlation between the MRI features,ADC values and the expression of E3 ubiquitin ligase siah2(SIAH2),hypoxia inducible factor 1 alpha(HIF-1α)in patients with invasive ductal carcinoma.Methods 90 elderly patients with invasive ductal carcinoma of breast underwent MRI and DWI scan.The expression of SIAH2 and HIF-1αwere measured.The correlation between MRI features,ADC values and SIAH2,HIF-1αwere analyzed.Results The level of SIAH2 protein was positively correlated with burr sign(r=0.287,P=0.000),and HIF-1αprotein was positively correlated with burr sign(r=0.256,P=0.001).The ADC values was negatively correlated with SIAH2 expression score(r=-0.937,P=0.000)and HIF-la expression score(r=-0.923,P=0.000).There was a positive correlation between SIAH2 and HIF-1αexpression in breast cancer lesions(r=0.891,P=0.000).Conclusion The expression of SIAH2 and HIF-1αin breast invasive ductal carcinoma is correlated with the MRI features and ADC values,which can noninvasively provide valuable information for the diagnosis and prognosis evaluation of breast invasive ductal carcinoma in the molecular biological level.
